SMALL CLAIM COURT

Your typical refugee hearing consists of a Member of RPD (IRB), yourself (the claimant(s)), your counsel if represented by one. Other persons who may be present include an interpreter if needed, the minister-designate of either the IRCC or CBSA participating in the hearing, witnesses, a representative of UNHCR, and on a few occasions, members of the public.
